The issue tracker that updates itself

Talvedo is for product teams tired of Jira. A pull request moves the issue across the board, a sprint is planned by the real load of people, and moving from Jira takes five minutes without stopping work.

  • Sign in with Google or a code from email

Why move

Three things teams leave Jira for

Moving without stopping

The wizard moves projects, statuses, people and attachments. A trial run on part of the issues shows the result before the import, and 14 days of two-way sync let the team finish what it started in Jira.

Jira is only read

A tracker that updates itself

Branches and pull requests with an issue key link up by themselves, GitHub events move the status, and process rules do the repetitive steps. Nobody updates statuses by hand.

Planning by the truth

Sprint capacity counts time off and team velocity, deadline risks show up early, and every warning comes with an action that removes it.

Rebalance
01Creating issues

Type like in a chat, get a ready issue

Press ⌘K and type "bug: attachments do not load @elena !urgent". Talvedo sets the assignee and priority, and if a similar issue already exists, shows it before you press Enter.

  • @person, !priority, #sprint in one line
  • "Looks like a duplicate" right in the create window
  • Frequent actions from the keyboard

02Planning

A sprint by the real capacity of the team

Backlog, the load of every person and the sprint goal on one screen. Time off is already taken out, and the team estimates by voting right in the issue row.

  • Capacity with time off and team velocity
  • Estimation by voting without another service
  • Retro and sprint completion on their own screens

03Deadlines and people

See who is overloaded before a deadline slips

The timeline shows deadlines, dependencies and the load of people on one scale. Every warning has a button that removes it: "Rebalance", "Split", "Move to v2.5".

  • Dependencies and milestones without plugins
  • "3 days behind" in words, not only in color
  • Release risks are visible early

Credentials for stands

The login for a stand sits next to the issue, not in a chat

A tester opens the issue, presses Sign in and lands on the stand with the right role. Passwords are stored encrypted, visible only to those they were given to, and every reveal goes to the log.

  • Sign in opens the stand already signed in
  • Production environments are closed by default
  • Production can be opened until a release is out, with a code from email

Small things that make a calm working day

A dark theme you will not be ashamed of

Not inverted colors but a palette of its own. Every screen is checked in both themes.

Inbox and quiet mode

Issue notifications in one place; in quiet mode and outside working hours only urgent ones get through.

My day

The plan for today, meetings from the calendar and focus sessions next to your issues.

Works with what you already have

Pull requests in GitHub move issues across the board, Slack sends only what matters, deadlines show up in the calendar, and AI agents work with issues through MCP.

Moving

From Jira in five minutes. No losses, no weekends

  1. 1Connect JiraSign in through Atlassian. The import only reads: nothing in Jira changes or gets deleted.
  2. 2Check the mappingStatuses, fields, people and issue types are matched by themselves, and a trial run shows the result before the import.
  3. 3Work in both placesFor 14 days changes go both ways, extendable to 60. The import can be canceled within a week.
