Invite your team

By email

Open the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar → Invite people. Paste addresses separated by commas, spaces or new lines, choose a role and projects. The invitation is valid for 14 days.

A person without an account signs in from the email and lands right in the project: the invitation is accepted by itself.

With a link

Admins and owners open the workspace settings, Members, and press Invite link: a role, projects and a limit on uses, valid for 7 days, 30 days or until revoked. Anyone with the link joins with that role. A revoked link stops working at once.

Roles

• Owner and admin: everything in the workspace, including members and connections.
• Member: works in the projects they belong to and joins open ones.
• Guest: sees only the projects they were invited to.

Inside a project people are leads, members or viewers. Roles and rights can be changed later in the workspace settings, Members.
